Therefore, we attach great importance to the fact that the indicated delivery dates are kept by our business partners. This is the only way to ensure that our customers, and thus the end customers of your products, won’t be disappointed and a long-term customer relationship can be established. Naturally, a quick availability of the products is desirable and has a positive effect on the buying behaviour of our customers. However, this effect is disproportionately reduced if the promised delivery time can’t then be kept.
