The following three reasons describe possible scenarios why items cannot be delivered by shipping service. Item cannot be delivered (due to incorrect or untraceable address) The recipient has moved (address is no longer correct) Refusal of acceptance (acceptance of the delivery is actively refused) What is to be done after a return? The shipment is returned to the sender (supplier) by the shipping service. Once the shipment has been returned, the supplier contacts Digitec Galaxus AG to find out what the customer and recipient would like to do with their order. Ideally, the shipment is sent again to the recipient's (corrected) address. If the order is cancelled because delivery is not possible, the item should be returned to the supplier's warehouse.
